City on a Hill Church is a non-denominational, Spirit-filled church. We are a Family Church, with ministry for the entire family. Our purpose is to build strong families, and also to provide a spiritual family, reaching out to the hurting and needy with God’s love. About Pastor David Pastor David Harris is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center. In June 1988 he founded Cumming New Life Church, which is now City on a Hill Church in Cumming, GA. The ministry and message of City on a Hill Church has touched hundreds of lives in the area since that time.
